Hello everyone. We trust you all had a really great summer – such as it was – and are now all ready for the autumn term to come. We say a special “hullo” to all new S1s and their parents. We hope this is the start for you of a very happy association with Boroughmuir HS.
Please don’t forget our Parent Council AGM which will be held in the Atrium on Wednesday August 29th at 7pm. Mr Dempster will be in attendance and will provide an update on latest school news. And Shiona Livingstone, Depute Head Teacher with responsibility for S5 / S6, will give us a timely and very relevant presentation on the current and future direction of careers work within the school. This will undoubtedly be a very interesting presentation – of relevance to all. It will be followed by a Q&A session.
The evening will be rounded off with refreshments, nibbles and a chance to mingle / make new friends. We hope to see you there.
