Giving to the Boroughmuir Trust

We hope you might be able to invest in the education of current and future pupils at Boroughmuir High School.  Friends of Boroughmuir High School welcomes and appreciates donations of any amount. We accept personal cheques, cash and credit cards.  You can do this with a gift aid donation, one-off gift or a monthly standing order.  You can also make payment via the Charities Aid Foundation.

Many employers will match your personal donation to the Friends of Boroughmuir High School, a registered Scottish Charity. If your company has a matching gift program, please post the form along with your donation and we will process it. Please note that employer matching gifts may also be available to retired employees and to the spouse/widow/widower of employees. If you have any questions about making a matching donation, please contact Michael Morrison, the school Bursar.

Employers also often match charitable fund raising efforts too, so if you are entering a marathon and wish to raise funds for us and ask your employer to match what you raise, we would be very grateful.

Some employers prefer to work in partnership with charitable/voluntary organisations and educational establishments so that they are able to give largely in kind as opposed to giving cash.
